All services are provided according to the terms specified in each client agreement or proposal.

2. Client Obligations

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely information necessary for the delivery of services.

• Adhere to payment terms outlined in their agreement or proposal.

• Collaborate with Beautify My Brand to achieve mutually agreed-upon goals.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in each client agreement or proposal. Beautify My Brand reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.

4. Confidentiality

Beautify My Brand and its clients agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property developed by Beautify My Brand during the provision of services remains the property of Beautify My Brand unless otherwise specified in writing. Clients retain ownership of their own existing brand assets provided to Beautify My Brand.

6. Limitation of Liability

Beautify My Brand’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services rendered. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or incidental damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment of services provided up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Modifications

Beautify My Brand reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of updates via email or through our website.

10. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Beautify My Brand and its clients regarding the subject matter herein.
